  • 1999 Submitted to and selected for the first time at the 46th Japan Traditional Kōgei Exhibition
    Becomes Associate Member of the Japan Kogei Association
  • 2000 Learned the basics of urushi lacquer from Hajime Hisamoto. Took a break from making bamboo crafts for 2 years.
    Established the "Chikuyukai” with those who graduated from Haibara Bamboo Craft School
  • 2002 Morikago (Fruit Basket) selected for the 49th Japan Traditional Kōgei Exhibition

  • Selected for the Kinki Traditional Kōgei Exhibition and Wood and Bamboo Traditional Kōgei Exhibition several times. Teaches at bamboo craft classes at "Kintetsu Cultural Salon Abeno" and "Kintetsu Cultural Salon Nara", as well as his bamboo craft school in Haibara, Uda City, Nara.
