The kettle for boiling water is known as “the master of the tea ceremony” and its form and shape have been constantly adapted over the centuries, giving rise to a great variety of types and designs. My aim is to pursue and capture the crystallization of utility and beauty that have been polished throughout the long history of the tea ceremony. I also want people to experience the attractiveness and charm of metalcraft, and I am developing craftworks harmonizing with our daily life.
