Masanobu Ohta

Hon-Yuzen (hand-drawn Yuzen): I apply Yuzen dyeing, norifuri (sprinkled paste) or gradation techniques; with simple designs and color schemes I work at the creation of kimonos that match modern times. I also make the best use of the ideas and skills developed in the field of Yuzen and incorporate them into daily-use items such as card cases or stoles.
